All staff were very accommodating and kind. Hotel room was spacious and always super clean. Hotel also smelled amazing every time! Would 100% stay here again!! "

"Clean and right across the street from Staten Island Ferry, Starbucks and the train! Convienent location with eateries close by. We traveled with kids - bagels, coffee, pizza and full breakfast (George’s) were all within walking distance - along with the bull statue! Front desk staff was 10/10! They went out of their way to assist us - maps, calling for car service, providing recommendations. Admittedly, the rooms are a little small but within reason by NY standards. "

"Very small but nice property and great value. The rooms had everything we needed including a nice view of the Lower East Side. Coffee bar in lobby was all we needed. Very walkable to to the subway and buses as well as to Williamsburg Bridge, Essex Market, Chinatown and Little Italy. "
