« Property was not very clean, dusty, rugs smelled of pet urine, glasses dirty. Property manager was extremely communicative and kind and removed the rugs. They also offered to have the place cleaned once we checked in and did offer late checkout as well as a courtesy due to some issues. Also, While I knew there was a spiral staircase, was not aware this was the only way downstairs, would have appreciated that mentioned in the listing. Due to security reasons they will not share the gate/door...
