Perfect for couples looking for a modern retreat or individuals looking to explore the heart of Fayetteville. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the building. This includes all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. A private entrance is available at the top of a short flight of about 10 steps. We provide initial amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. However, these supplies are limited to a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Exterior cameras may be present on the property for security purposes. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. \- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. \- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. \- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. \- This is a non-smoking home. We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again. ##### Sharron C.
