Guest Access: This apartment is located in the basement portion of a home (that has a full time tenant) designed especially for a separate exterior entrance apartment. The apartment is around 1300 sq. feet on one level and has a front entrance with porch seating. A code will be provided to access the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. A parking pass for one vehicle will be provided. Any additional vehicles will need to pay for parking. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other Things to Note: This property is not suiteable for children under 12 years of age. PARKING: We only provide ONE parking pass for ONE car. Additional parking can be found directly in front of the house on the opposite side of the street, parking with the flow of traffic. Guests can use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. If the parking pass is not returned upon check-out, you will be charged a $300 replacement fee. Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. Fantastic neighborhood almost right on campus. Beautiful park across the street. Only downside is the upstairs neighbor has wood floors, so you can hear movement, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. Generous wine and snacks to great us after our drive up from Dallas. It sits across my favorite park in the perfect location. I Can’t wait to get back soon. ##### mary m.
