"This facility was nothing like represented in the pictures. First, there was no balcony - just the railing and walkway to access the various rooms. There were smokers around the property, making it impossible to enjoy the refreshing air up on the rim. The room felt very outdated. There was no ceiling fan as advertised. Finally, there was a hair on a pillow. I could overlook one, maybe two of these complaints, but I felt very mislead by the property description, and it was little more than a roadside motel. Rather than stay for the weekend, we left within two hours of leaving. The night receptionist said we-d be able to get at least our second night refunded and made a note for the manager to call me, but despite following up, I have yet to hear from her. Very disappointed in both the property and the service."
