About this property
Simply Wonderful....Fully Remodeled Cabin in Pine, AZ
Welcome to Pine's most beautiful cabin with the largest deck in town - all fully remodeled. Our cabin is one of the very few cabins in Pine/Strawbery that backs up to the national forest. Surrounded by an abundance of large pine trees and breadth taking views, our cabin is perfect for large or small groups. With a massive deck that has over 900 sq ft and looks into the national forest, and modern amenities like high speed internet, it's an amazing place to spend time with friends and family.
Sitting among massive pine trees, our cabin is spacious with 3 bedrooms (comfortably sleeps 8 people) and 2 bathrooms, a large leather couch, huge flat screen TV with high speed internet and WIFI, Netflix, cable TV, and even Nintendo for the kids. The entire cabin was custom redesigned with an elegant kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Keurig Coffee maker, plenty of cookware and a large family table to enjoy meals. Our massive custom windows throughout the cabin give you the feeling like your sitting in the forest. The bedrooms are comfortable with plush bedding, along with real air conditioning and central heat for those cold nights.
Did I mention the deck? It's massive, with over 900 sq ft of usable area, it's the perfect place to enjoy the cool air, BBQ or just have fun.
Looking to hike in the forest? Guests can literally walk to the back yard and enter the national forest. Our cabin is in a premier location, 3 minutes from main street on Pine, very close to the world famous Old County Inn Pizza Restaurant, Pine grocery store, yet backs up to the national forest. The front yard is perfect for memorable times with a fire pit and horse shoe pit, all to enjoy the cool pine air and relax.
We chose this cabin due to its truly unique setting. Over 90% of cabins in the Pine/Strawberry area do not back to the national forest and are extremely close to other cabins. Fortunately, our cabin is rare and is against the national forest. With no homes behind or in front, it's a truly amazing place to enjoy. My family and kids love being able to hike behind the cabin and enjoy the massive pines and hiking trails. Elk are common and frequently visit the backside of our property.

We had a very comfortable stay at this well equipped and updated cabin. Great convenient location close to several hiking trails as well as stores and restaurants.
We had a great stay in this cabin! Enough room for the family to stretch out. Great porch to enjoy coffee in the morning and the propane firepit was a great touch. We will definitely try to come up again.
We had the best time! The cabin was perfect for our family vacation. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we need help navigating the weather. We will absolutely be back!
Nice home for the 3 of us. Located on a quiet street, backs up to the national forest for easy access to hiking trails and about 3 minutes from downtown. The master bathroom is a bit tight; the toilet butts up to the shower and has a wall 12" from the front, a bigger person could find it challenging to maneuver. The dog discovered that underneath the beds, a little TLC is required. Was missing some of the basic kitchen necessities (salt/pepper), but it was equipped with plenty of Keurig pods and other dry goods.
I really enjoyed staying here. The home has all the essentials. We didnt have any issues at all. The location is great. My kids loved the place, and we all had a great time. We are already planning to go back.
The property was perfect size, it was clean, and right next to everything we wanted to see. Definitely a great spot for relaxing in the woods. You’re right back up to the Forrest that you can explore anytime you feel like it. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a family of four..
From start to finish, this cabin stay was amazing! The host was super responsive and answered all my questions right away. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and had coffee (a must-have for me!).Check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn’t be better—close to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. There’s even a little market right at the neighborhood entrance if you need to grab anything last-minute.And the wildlife? Incredible! We spotted elk just a couple streets away when we arrived, and the next morning, a few wandered right into the backyard. This cabin is definitely staying at the top of my list for future trips!
So peaceful and beautiful! Loved sitting on the deck with a beautiful view of the Tonto National Forest. Cabin is very comfortable and well appointed. Can’t wait to go back!!
So grateful for a wonderful experience. Cabin was quiet and had all we needed for a quick weekend getaway. We enjoyed the full propane tanks to grill and hang out on the large deck! Nice strolls around neighborhood and back trees!
Great property for bringing your dog. Comfy, updated and not fancy. Host was outstanding in helping us find drone flying spots. We cooked all our own meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely stay again.
This house is perfect for family and friends stay. Location is secluded in friendly neighborhood but very close to town. Large wraparound deck for outdoor dining, grill works well. We saw several deer and elk on property and throughout the area. House is updated and comfortable.
We came up for a quick getaway. The cabin is in a great location. Tucked back in a quiet spot but close enough to the little town. The host Reed was also great. He gave us hiking suggestions and recommended the Old Country Inn restaurant. The pizza and atmosphere were both worth the visit. We would definitely stay again!
It was a perfect cabin in a great secluded area. The moose were great and even showed there presence in the morning with scattered leaves all over the patio steps. The owner, Reed, was very kind and responsive.
Great little place tucked in the Pines. Really liked that. It was backed up to the national Forest even though there were snow, we still took a hike up the mountain. Perfect for a small family. We would definitely stay again.
We were a party of seven girls. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time up in Pine and that was mostly due to this house. One morning elk came right up to the front porch, which was amazing. I would 100% stay here again.
We had an amazing Easter weekend at the house and were blessed with a spring snowfall! The house was perfect, with comfy beds, a great kids room and everything we might have needed in the kitchen. The house is close to town, yet backs up to the national forest and feels completely private and remote. Great for exploring and a campfire with smores!
We loved the location of this cabin and how close it was to the trailhead. They are the first people to let us know how to get to the trailhead with the "house book". The house was super clean with a great deck to hang out on. We even had access to the garage with a washer and dryer. Really enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.
We loved our stay in Pine, the house was perfect and Reed answered right away when I had questions.
We loved the trees all around. So many elk visited the front yard it was awesome. The beds and couch were super comfortable. This will definitely be my next girl’s trip spot.
