"Casino The service is very bad."

"First let me say this when you read the reviews please believe it. The only good thing was the water park. This place is very over priced for the quality of things. The room I paid for was not the room that was giving to me. Good thing I bring my own towles because the towels was stained to the point they should’ve been put in the trash not washed and passes out. My room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay by house keeping. Let me not mention the how my bag was stuck in the safe when I called the front desk and told them the conversation was very casual to the point you can tell that it maybe a normal thing that happen from time to time. The quality of the bed just didn’t match the price of the room. The pillows were not good. The bedroom looked like it haven’t been cleaned. Please just think twice before staying "

"Casino was ok ,the bar was ok , room condition was ok but u can clearly hear the person or person's in the nex room when they used their bathroom you can hear the flushed, needs some improvement in those areas "

"The room just okay., looks good but beds are too small. Would I stay there again, no. Dunkin’ Donuts was a joke, coffee was terrible, at 630am they have no donuts. Can’t use Dunkin card or app. Restaurants for breakfast are awful or don’t open till 10:30am( sac of subs) there is a lot of security walking around and I believe that’s because of all the shady characters hanging around the casino ."

"The rooms are clean the view was great the pool was warm , parking was good service was fast we needed more toilet paper, asked for it and 5 minutes later it was there , we will definitely come here again "
