We arrived in the parking lot and one of the staff came out of the hotel to help us with our bags. They also provided use wth great suggestions for touring Stratford-upon-Avon. We felt we were treated like royalty in this hotel. Breakfast, which was included, was absolutely wonderful.

Loved this property! Onsite amenities, good breakfast, close to restaurants and theatre. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Premium room included access to lounge with evening reception of wine/beer hors d'oeuvres and all the time tea, coffee, soft drinks and cookies. Nice place to relax at the end of the day. Due to a conference going on, parking was challenging but available.

The dark haired gentleman that served us was wonderful at his job. He was kind and laughed as we arrived from a late train to quickly change outfits in the toilets and run off to not miss our show with promise to return and check in properly. He took it in stride and when we returned hours later he had sorted our bags and welcomed us with joy. We had a wonderful dinner, drinks and dessert before tucking in our cozy, clean and safe home for the night with his assurance that should anything go...
