« Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. Stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised that the room was refreshed in the morning, including 2 bottles of water, again much appreciated as was the fridge. « The girl behind the bar/receptionist was lovely and even gave us her own personal fan, but the room was at best 1 star, the toilet had human waste and toilet paper in it upon arrival, And what looked like human waste in the wall and floor, Photos attached, The shower was dirty, and the rooms window opened up onto a disco bar that was open to 2.30am, this review is based on the room only, The room was in an awful state and not worth the money all, I can’t give 0 stars so I had to settle with...

« Nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux dans le cottage de Bill. Ce cottage est très bien situé et surtout très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Bill est un hôte très prévenant et disponible. Je recommande vivement. »

« We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. « Did not stay at the King's Arms. Was told by the telephone that they had a shower inthe room. Was no shower in the room, just a bath. As a family room was most certainly not safe as as a family room. Dangerous metal staircase up to double bedroom. Metal poking out and loose exposed wires upstairs. Would not recommend the Kings Arms. Asked the manager for full refund as room not suitable or as explained/ advised. Did not except this and was only given half 2 nights refund. Not happy at all and...
