« the night desk person was very loud. might as well had been right in my room. that was until about midnight. that person was sleeping at the desk when I went to check out at 8am. The beds were very uncomfortable. »

« The room was filthy and I found baggies and drugs in the room. The bedding was very burnt from cigarettes or something. The floor wasn’t clean. No corded for the phone the iron cable was cut. The electricity went out the last 2 days of our stay so we had no tv or air conditioning. »

« This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town. »
