My partner recently stayed here for work. He said the apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the station, which he required. He bought food essentials at the supermarket close by. He loved the apartment and would stay here again. Contact with Frederik for the check-in details and entrance information was seamless.

The hotel is stylish and centrally located. Unfortunately, we experienced two significant issues during our stay, and neither was resolved.
First, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, it sounded like a plane was landing and ran that way throughout our entire stay. I reported the issue in person to the front desk within 2 hours of checking in to see if it would resolve itself, I was told that someone would fix it, but nothing was ever done.
Second, we paid for breakfast, but the experience was disappointing. On the first morning, at around 9:30 a.m., there wasn’t a single clean, empty table available. I asked for a refund because there was no seating and told the staff we would skip breakfast for the rest of our stay. Instead, we were told to eat in the meeting room. When we finally got food, several items, including the pancakes, had run out and were never replenished. On the second morning, we didn’t even attempt breakfast and accepted the loss.
This hotel has the potential to be excellent because of its style and location, but the lack of staffing, poor follow-through, and overall customer service left us disappointed.
