It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

Well we booked 4 people and the big reason is to go to the pool and the gym. The stuff in the front said are not working and not able to access.. why not remove it from booking if is not working. No breakfast and no parking and the price is very expensive compared with what you get.
