« The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave. »

« The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement. »

« We arrived at Country Inn and for 2nights were please in general, by the beautiful hall! Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help! « Hotel does need complete renovation. I noticed renovation in the lobby area was going on, need attention in the room renovation also. Friday morning desk person was very young, need to train her to be friendly and pay attention to guests needs. With a proper training I think she can do a better job. Over all our stay was Pleasent. »

« The water didn't get hot in the shower and didn't get to cool in the room and the air conditioner was on 65 that was what it was on when I arrived »
