« We had a variety of ages, and it was nice to have rooms on main level to avoid stairs. The loft space was nice and roomy, but beds are not in private spaces which was not a concern for us, but you need to navigate stairs for that sleeping area. The lower level of house in outside pictures is not part of the rental. The view is awesome, and a great beach access is a 5-minute drive away at Kayak Regional Park. Very enjoyable home and beach access not far away. »

« The host was nice and communicative, and the unit was generally clean. However, the box spring for the one queen bed was soooo loud and obnoxious. The tiniest movement caused so much noise! All night long, we’d be woken up when either of us even just slightly shifted. We ended up taking the mattress off the box spring and laying it on the floor of the kitchen, and we slept so much better that way. The mattress itself isn’t bad, it’s the box spring causing an unholy amount of noise. The location...
