The staff was extremely nice from the beginning, even offering a little plush toy to our toddler who was overtired and approaching his limit of being social. The shuttles for Disney from here are extremely cheap and were always on time, the drivers were also beyond welcoming -- one even gave our kid a pluto pin which he's worn every day since.
