"The room we had did not have window to the outdoors it looked at the mechanical room over the pool and it smelled musty. The bathroom amenities were empty upon arrival and the room never got made up and we left the hotel at 8:15 and returned at 4:45. By 5:25 I just asked for new towels. "

"The ratings for this property are far too high. It is definitely a no frills place and the bed has to be one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in a hotel room. Would not recommend. Basically a dorm room. "

"Staff was very nice, but I booked the room cause the site said it had a bar and restaurant and that is false. Staff admitted that it had been a good while since the bar/restaurant was open. Honestly i wouldn't have booked it if i would have known that."

"Beautiful location and friendly staff. We enjoyed our time and soaked in the scenery on several gorgeous hikes. We only regretted that the scenic chair lift and outdoor water park were not open as it is early Spring and not the summer season."
