« This property was one of the best we have stayed at. It was everything we needed, the bedroom and bathroom luxurious. The kitchen area was the perfect size, stocked with a choice of coffees, teas and snacks. It’s perfectly located to go to the many wineries, restaurants and shopping in the area, It is an easy drive into Charlottesville. Our hostess was great, texting to check if we needed anything. I highly recommend a stay here. »

« We booked for the weekend for our 19th wedding anniversary. The ease of booking, checking in and checking out were very convenient. The room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. The restaurant was great and highly recommend. The staff was very pleasant. Our only issue was the driveway being barely enough room for two way traffic. But we will definitely be staying again. »

« This is my second time staying up on Lydia Mountain. The first time was in a cabin Mystic Mist with friends. My husband and I needed a little getaway, so we booked a room at the lodge for Thanksgiving. The room was so very clean and nice and loved the elec fireplace.
