« Horrible surprise ! Première fois de ma vie que je dors dans une gare car l'hôtel est fermé... Malgré un mail pour prévenir de notre arrivée tardive, nous nous sommes retrouvé devant une porte close... Nous avons dû attendre l'ouverture de l'hôtel à 8h, qui à ouvert en retard à 9h15.... C'est très long quand vous êtes dans la rue sous la pluie ! De même ce matin pour réaliser le check-out, nous avons quitté l'hôtel à 12h15 et il n'y avait personne... Je comprends maintenant ce que peux...

« There’s a fine line between a “stripped back” aesthetic being a design choice and just being unfinished and scruffy. Unfortunately, this was a little too on the scruffy side. Also, extremely hot during the night with no ability to open a window. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything going on next door as well as the pub until 12:30am (which is quite cosy if you don’t mind that kind of thing). However, staff were lovely and the breakfast in the sister hotel was amazing. Good...

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
