"Hilton was beautiful! You couldn’t ask for a better location right on the beach and 2 pools. You could walk to shops, restaurants, the park and pier. Staff went above and beyond every day! We actually booked extra days because we loved it so much!"

"We had a gulf-front room, so the view of the beach & ocean was great. Noise from the street and other events could be a bit however, the patio doors/windows were pretty solid so not a lot of noise got inside the room. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Nice location. Pricey, for one, i don't care for automatically charging gratuity on various services, i like to tip according to my preferences but i kinda get it that some people don't tip at all (blasphemy!), so they need to somehow account for that i suppose."

"Love the setup of the property. It’s easy to navigate. Ron at the front desk is awesome and goes above and beyond to accommodate. The restaurant is very good and convenient. The coffee provided in the room is good. The rooms are well equipped. This is our 2nd visit and will return. "

"This place is a dive. Its old, out dated and the music blaring across the street until midnight was not ideal. To top it off i needed to check out 15-20 minutes late because our breakfast was running late at their Sloppy Joes restaurant attached to the hotel and the woman on the phone told me i couldnt check out late. So rude. Im like so I have to get up right now to get my suitcases even though ive been waiting for my food in your restaurant? I would never recommend this place. "

"Everything was great about this hotel- parking across the road with easy in and out. Restaurant mainfloor by pool. Rooms great with everything you need. Just got home and looking to go back next year. "

"Our room was nice and big for the family with daily housekeeping service. However, we did not get our welcome drink upon check-in and were under the impression we would have complimentary beach umbrella/chairs which was not the case. The pool bar food was underwhelming and we decided to go to other nearby restaurants since the Shor onsite restaurant was overpriced. We have had better Hyatt Regency stays in other parts of the U.S. but for a busy spring break season in Florida, it was fine. "
