All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. "The room, the staff, the attention to my concerns. The management and I had a very good conversation regarding a matter and they were patient, kind and understanding. Breakfast and the sitting area was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. This is in the business district so the weekends are slow in the area but there are nice bars to find."

"Good location right next to Aldgate tube station. Lovely hotel, very clean and great staff, extremely helpful. Food choices are not great and the worst chicken club sandwich I have ever had. Free bottles of water is great. This is located in the city so you need to bear in mind a lot of places are closed at the weekend, but you can find enough options in a 10 minute walk. Close to the Gherkin."
