"The staff was very efficient and accommodating even after we had to change our room the first night due to lack of hot water. The property is undergoing some major renovations which wasn’t a problem. The only issue we had was housekeeping never came during our two night stay and I think it must’ve been an oversight."

"It was a great over night for my husband and I it was quiet clean and comfortable staff was friendly and nice we booked more for the location was walking distance to the colonial quarters restaurants and sites property could use a few upgrades but hey thats part of staying in a bnb built in the early 1900s it added to our experience of St.augustine everything overall was lovely"
