"The property is beautiful and the apartment is well maintained. Elena is delightful, very knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating.
The wifi signal was weak unless you were outside or near the door. I had a travel router I could set up near the door, so I was able to extend the signal to the rest of the apartment."

"Staff very welcoming. Property very clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Only complaint are the walls between the rooms were thin and I could hear the adjoining rooms. But about 10:30 pm, everything went quiet and slept well. Plenty of parking on property. Great restaurant near by recommended by staff, “Il Grillo Moro”, definitely top notch. Would stay again."

Overall a great stay! A bit off the core sights we were seeing. We stayed Oct 2026. It was still warm during the day and cool at night though the AC was already turned to heat. Pool is not heated so likely amazing in summer but was a bit cold for us, Hottub and Sauna for rent. The food service was great, very tasting and welcoming staff. Place was very clean and there’s only 10 rooms or 25 guests max which is great! During the week there was low occupancy and instead of buffet they served a...

This is an awesome family run, bed-and-breakfast with a clean very nice pool, amazing staff and service, truly awesome breakfast with everything fresh and fabulous coffees, and great comfortable beds And the restaurant has really great food and service. The only downfall is trying to stay there without a car as the buses run rather infrequently And are nonexistent on holidays and taxis are difficult/ Expensive to arrange.

My husband and I were very impressed as soon as we arrived. Benjamin already knew who we were by names without having to show any booking documents. All staff were extremely professional and friendly greeting us with a smile. They were all very helpful with information like providing tour guidances, places to dine, etc. The whole compound is out of the world. We definitely picked the perfect setting for what we were after, a rustic Tuscany environment. Big enough outside the busy Siena town and...

10++/10. Staff was wonderful. Travelling to any city can be daunting with a car in Italy, especially dealing with restricted zones, but the hotel explained how best to park and they dealt with all issues regarding ZLT driving restrictions. 10/10, 10/10, 10/10 …… from Canada.

The breakfast was delicious but there was a glitch with our order the first morning. A language issue I think. The room was lovely and the location was perfect.

Absolutely loved Siena and the surrounding area. The Villa del Sole was the perfect choice. The location in Siena provides a beautiful view. The breakfast was very nice, especially the coffee of which I had many cups. The best part was the graciousness of our host Gianluca. He was very helpful in learning about the area, things to see, places to eat and just a lovely person. To me this is the best part of a trip to Tuscany. We did not get to dine at the restaurant but had our favorite...

I can't believe this property is only a 2 star! The rooms are very basic, but they are very charming and just for sleeping and showering anyhow. We had no trouble sleeping, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The wine and food offered for purchase was affordable and very good. Staff was helpful and kind. We drove all over exploring the towns in Chanti. There's so many wineries if we had more time we would have booked a tour. The pool and views at this place are amazing....
