The Little Inn has been a special place to us for many years. It is indeed charming and the staff was all kind and helpful. We did discover on this trip that we should have waited a week or two since they were in transition to full season services. The dinner menu had several changes that had to be conveyed verbally since the printed menu was not updated, and, most disappointing was that there was no breakfast available except on weekends at this point. Other breakfast possibilities in town were also closed on the morning we left. Ther decor of this historic inn, the proximity to the water, and the other shops in town are all worth the trip. And they still have the best creme brulee anywhere 😊

You should not be serving that kind of breakfast to anyone, very poor

The whole building is renovated and everything is very modern and new. The continental breakfast was clean with a nice variety. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed how close it is to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The room had everything we needed, however it would have been nice to have a couple of glasses or cups for drinks. They only had paper coffee cups and we had to ask for an ice bucket. We purchased glasses from the dollar store across the street. Parking was easy as there seemed to be a minimal amount of patrons booked in the weekend we stayed, which also added to the calm and peaceful atmosphere.
