"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "

"I just needed a quick one-night stay for a business trip near the office. I was disappointed to see that housekeeping did not get the trash from the previous guest's takeout that was left in the closet. I took it to the front desk and they took it and snapped a pic before throwing it away so they could discuss with housekeeping. There is no carpet in the rooms so the sound carries a lot and I had a yappy dog in the room next door. "

"Awful had roaches spiders towels were filthy. You can tell that they had been washed too many times the area around the property abandoned just all around. Poor service was poor. I was switched to three different rooms. Disgusting until I finally just asked him to give me my money back"

"Room door got stuck often. Parking needs to be reviewed. We are in Texas, trucks are common. Even normal size trucks don’t fit in garage, both nights after dinner it took almost 30min to find parking in the lot because so many trucks don’t fit in garage. $18/day to “hopefully” find a spot is not ok. No lights on balconies is a safety hazard. It was pitch dark out there in the evening, could not enjoy at all. "
