"When I booked this hotel breakfast was included but next morning when I came down for my breakfast I was shocked to see that front desk giving everyone a small plastic bag with one apple and one gondola bar in the name of breakfast. I was travelling with family of five peoples and now we had to find a breakfast place outside the hotel and had to pay from my own pocket for breakfast."
