"El trato del personal estupenda , salvo que nos cobraron un seguro que desconocíamos y se sigue sin solventar ese problema . La habitación horrible no teníamos ni mesita de noche y el ventilador hacia un ruido que no se podía ni encender del ruido y mucho ruido de gente discutiendo y no nos gustó compartir baño"

"Not sure why Expedia would list a place like this. I would check those reviews. The first impression I got about the place was that it felt like I arrived at some type of halfway house. I stayed only the time it took me to find a new stay (5minutes). Bad Expedia."

"The place is very central and the gentleman running it is helpful. It’s very central and around €60 a night. There’s a hand basin in the room. Shared bathroom but it was very clean. Very little noise insulation but it’s city centre Madrid. For the price, it’s a good deal."
