"The staff at the hotel were nice and helpful, giving us good advice on where was best to take our 3 year old. The buffet style food was ok, a little limited for choice though. The hotel was easily accessible from the main road and close enough to the ski slopes without being right in the centre of it all. The room itself was small and very basic, not what we were really expecting from the pictures on the website. It was fine for 1 or 2 nights but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. "

"Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats...

"The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. The hotel manager said that they couldn’t adjust...

"Excellent in all respects, especially when price taken into account..£38 for double, including a very good, extensive continental breakfast was a 'steal'....and there was a pool and lift...this combined with a wonderful 'laid back' , friendly approach by the staff/owners who were always there when needed made for a very enjoyable, relaxed holiday experience."
