"This hotel is a hidden gem and was very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the comments from previous guests. Ignore the bad reviews, our stay was great from start to finish. We arrived at around 1:30pm, well before the check in of 4pm, but the lady on reception was very helpful and said that our room would be ready in 20-30 minutes. She gave us a voucher for a free welcome drink whilst we waited for our room. The outside seating and pool areas were lovely and kept clean & tidy. Our room was on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel (where there are some lovely restaurants to grab a drink or a bite to eat). The room was clean, bright and spacious. The kitchenette had a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and electric hob. We only used the fridge, to store drinks and snacks, but it was very handy as there is a mini supermarket yards from the hotel. The room had full length blackout curtains, so we slept very well and we were not disturbed by any noises from outside. The hotel is in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the harbour, and approximately 5-10 minutes from the old town (depending on how quickly you walk). All of the staff were always friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay there again."

"I booked this hotel primarily to attend the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy, which operates in partnership with the hotel, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! I would highly recommend the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy to any tennis enthusiast, regardless of their level of experience. It is a fantastic opportunity to improve your game while enjoying a truly professional tennis environment. The spa is also outstanding and provides the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the tennis court. "The Hotel Lima is located in a vibrant part of Marbella. The location is perfect to walk to many, many restaurants, bars and the ocean. The staff was outstanding. They treated us like friends and helped answer all of our questions. The room was cleaned every day including clean towels. The breakfast buffet was good but not worth the price. There were many other restaurants minutes away. Parking is challenging at this location. However, the hotel has several assigned parking spots at an underground parking structure. That location’s was safe and clean. If you’re looking for a quality, convenient hotel in Marbella, Hotel Lima is an excellent choice!"

"The property is in an excellent location 10 min walk to the Marina. The room was spacious and clean however there was no bellboy so carrying luggage with a 7yr old was not helpful. The sofa was already made up for my son which was appreciated. Also paying 25euro per day for a parking that was part of the hotel was also disappointing as a guest So I would say the hotel was good but definitely could have been better."
