"Stayed here based on a shorter stay at their sister hotel in Ibiza last year which I absolutely loved! Can't fault the experience, however probably wouldn't do half board again as the options for dinner were quite limited - the lunch menu at the beach bar was much more varied!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds and great service. We paid extra for the “red level” which entitled us to a private lounge that had food and drink out available for a good part of the day, nice quality! The room we had was a little dated, unexpected for that level but over all very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here. "

"The hotel is almost on the beach which offered excellent beachside walking promenade. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent and convenient. The pool facility was clean with lots of lounge chairs. Staff were very helpful. Iberostar never disappoints. Highly recommend. "

"Reached the apartment early evening and took us around 1 hour to find it. We have a hired car and could not find the car park as it turned out it was at the back. Even staff at don carlos hotel do not know. Then finding the apartment itself is a maze. No proper signages and as you can imagine worse when it is dark. The woman at reception was a bit rude. Hired pool towels for the day at 10 Euros each but they will keep the money and you will only get it the day before your flight"
