"Large, clean, comfortable room, refreshed daily. Loved the pool, plenty of clean towels and it was quiet which I liked. Bars, restaurants and shop all good with friendly staff. Spoke to several reception staff and each one was friendly and helpful. The reception, lobby and atrium level are all lovely areas. I did feel that the corridor from the lifts to the rooms were a bit like prison landings but once inside your room everything was good. Would definitely use the hotel again if visiting Atlanta. The only downside for me personally is that I would have preferred the option to use cash and this is a cashless hotel but that said most of Atlanta seems to be cashless."

"This is our second year staying for The Summit at Disney. Great value, love the 2 room suite so the kids can have their own room and eating area. Loved watching the fireworks from the fireworks view room. We feel like this is a hidden gem!"

"Parking was safe and just right across the street. There wasn't very many places to choose from to eat in the evening and all the places around the plaza you had to have reservations wjich was all full.The room was clean and had a nice view. We were on the 57th floor at night the light's of Atl were beautiful. It was a one time experience for me. It was nice but wouldn't stay again for the price of the room and the lack of places to eat during the evening time. "

"We love staying at this hotel, but this time TV did not work and no one fixed it or changed during our stay of 4 days. The maintenance guy came fairly quickly. Said he'd have to exchange the tv and we never heard back. There was also no rooms to change it to. Otherwise, the service was great."
