"Even though most rooms are shared, it is very private. When I used the bathroom or kitchen there were rarely people, so it was really relaxed. Richard is also very friendly and always ready to help! If I ever come back to Seoul I would stay here again :)"

1) no heating. I got a cold.
2) Not soundproof.
This place was probably once an office, and the windows are made of old aluminum sashes. As a result, they aren't soundproof and let in a lot of cold air and drafts."
