Cosy and perfect for two people, it has great access to the south of Cornwall but also serves as a good base to go and explore the rest of Cornwall if you're willing to drive. Space was nice and quiet and you'll be able to properly switch off. Just be aware that the road down to the property is a little narrow so don't be speeding your way through that country lane! »

« Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

« The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

« Delightful cabin stay. Easy booking. Clear communication including a very detailed instruction given our late check-in (nice additional touch leaving a lamp on in the cabin to help our arrival). Excellent fit and finish throughout including the separate toilet and shower block. Convenient Spar opposite and a lovely walk to Par beach via the local coffee shop. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on check-out who was also lovely. Highly recommended »

« We had a fantastic stay at Miners Cottage for one night while attending the Eden Sessions. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome food hamper, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here...

« This accomodation is amazing, however if you are taking a pet dog you need to know that the beach/local paths do not allow dogs between end of March to October. Not clear in hotels.com info. We walked from the local path down towards the beach saw the sign saying no dogs on the beach so walked by the quay side- unbeknown to us due to poor signage was also no dogs, only to be aggressive confronted by a nasty local man. Put a bit of a downer on being in such a nice property so close to beach. »

"Un hôtel ancien bien entretenu, avec une vue magnifique et un personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et le restaurant où le pub ont des plats délicieux. Par contre de notre chambre nous entendions beaucoup trop les bruits de la rue et des déchargements pour la cuisine. Sans parler des bruits de pas du voisin du dessus, dû au sol ou à ce voyageur… ???"
