« Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

« on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling. »

« This quiet and private location was ideal as a base from which to visit many of the attractions in Cornwall - Geevor Mine, Eden project, Bodmin Moor, Bodmin railway, Falmouth, St Michael's Mount etc. Sue was an excellent host and was there to greet us on our arrival. She was easily contacted if any help was needed (it wasn't). As a retired couple we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the property. »

« Lisa hat ein sehr schönes Häuschen, abseits vom Trubel der Stadt, aber doch nah am Zentrum mit kleinem Garten und sehr netten Nachbarn. Bei den engen Straßen in Cornwall ist es fast besser ohne Auto zu kommen. wir konnten aber gegen Gebühr beim RFC Rugby Club parken, der etwa 7 Minuten entfernt ist. wir haben den Urlaub bei ihr genossen und möchten uns für die schöne Zeit bedanken. »

It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads »
