"Property was exactly as described, well presented and spotlessly clean. The downstairs layout was well thought through and comfortable with large dining table and great kitchen facilities. Large well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms and the bed in the master suite was so comfortable I had to seek details from the owners of where I could get one.Limited use was made of the hot tub, but it was serviced twice during our stay.Parking was easy for our three cars and the EV charger was a big help. Location was good for all we planned to do and easy access to supermarket was a bonus.Local dining options were good, which given two vegans in the group was a plus.The weather was kind and we had a great week"

"Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return."

"Beautiful place, nice to walk around and breakfast was good. Nice view from room. Overall good stay. would stay again if we saw a good deal (price with breakfast incl). Room should have had a fridge for the price paid and heated towel rack didn't heat up, only negative."

"We asked for a bit more with this local and hotel and got it. It is a nicer place for a higher level stay. The front staff were obsequious and pleasant. "

"We enjoyed the convenient location within walking distance to town, beaches and the beautiful coastal paths. We walked to Lelant and took the train back and then to Zennor and caught the bus back. Just far enough away from town to not hear the noise, but still close enough to walk into town. Beautiful views, spacious apartment, thoughtfully furnished kitchen with everything you need including electric kettle and coffee maker. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise each morning. Super responsive and thoughtful host. There are several steps to town and you may need to be moderately fit to go back and forth a few times a day. There is a bus that picks up in front of the Co-op that will take you up to the parking lot on the same street as the apartment for 2(currently) if you don't want to climb the stairs. The only thing that could be improved are the beds, but that is subjective of course. "
