"We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. A quick 5 - 10 min walk in to town and a moderate climb back up which wasn't too bad. Plenty of beaches, shops and bars near by and a great convenient location in St Ives to stay. "we had a lovely stay - the room was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Mark & Anna were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful giving advice on places to visit locally and restaurants. We will definitely be returning!"

"Parking is limited and not ideal. Hotel was very clean and rooms a good size. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with long waits for some items on some mornings. Staff were generally helpful but could not explain my check-out bill which contained items with confusing descriptions. i e drinks appearing as "lunch", etc. Hotel was in a good location, near beach and town center. Food was good and well presented."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind and we ended up being able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a nice surprise. The room definitely needed to be updated and didn’t match the photos (we had a huge shag carpet in our room over the original rug which was clearly used to cover a big stain but honestly really kind of gross). I wouldn’t say our room was all that clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed itself was comfortable. Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was standard (coffee was bad). Again, can’t state enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."

"Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the value for money for this beautiful house. We stayed for just under 2 weeks and we loved it. The location is excellent; very easy walking distance from the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean. The parking is close to the house and the hosts were brilliant at responding to messages (thank you!) Highly recommend a stay!"
