« River crest is a lovely comfortable well equipped cottage with everything we needed for our weeks stay. It was clean and has a good shower. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The best thing is the view across looe and out to sea. Looe is a very nice place to stay with good shops and pubs. It is handy for a number of national trust properties. Lanhydrock and Antony are worth visiting. Polperro Fowey and Seaton are nearby and worth a visit. There are steps down to the cottage which need care but we...

« Truly a magical place to stay and spend more than a few days (a week is ideal) as the atmosphere and area are worth immersing yourself in. I didn't think this location would be convenient, but with the bus stop at Crumplehorn Inn and Mill a 10min stroll away, and Waitrose grocery delivery readily available with timeslots throughout the day, we never felt stressed. « We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely little cottage and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. Tucked away in a quiet spot but right in the heart of town, everything we needed was just a short stroll away – the beach within a minute, the harbour for crabbing, and plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants to enjoy. « Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La vue depuis la véranda et le jardin est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté et très discrets. La maison est bien équipée et très confortable. A pied on peut accéder à des balades magnifiques , et la mer n’est pas loin en voiture. It is very rural and peaceful which suited us perfectly. A lovely relaxing retreat. The dogs loved it too with a lovely secure garden for them and us to enjoy.
