« Everything is good except the noise from the train and the traffic at night »

« Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations. »

« Very clean and confortable! »

« The best cabin and coolest location! My wife and I stayed five wonderful days and loved every moment. We spent time on the river, in the woods, and everywhere in between. If you like a mixture of creature comforts and rustic surroundings, this is the place for you. Will definitely be back! »

« This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing...

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more such as snacks, games, and wood for the campfire. The farm is centrally located for the Potsdam and Canton area. We enjoyed walking the trails behind the house and playing outdoors in the large, mowed areas. But most of all, what a great place to make memories. We made buckets of them with our family. All the...

« Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!! »

« A very cute apartment. Susan, our host was friendly, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were kind to supply us with coffee and breakfast items and fresh eggs from their chickens! »

« Our host Kasai was excellent and very responsive. Cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great scenery, and right on the river. We really enjoyed our newfound duck friends. »

« Great communication with the host, Kevin. The place was clean and comfy for our one night of Troll Hunting at the Wild Center Would highly recommend this place over a lot of the motels in the area. »
