The woman who checked us in was very sketchy. Our room was dirty, had no heat, and overall seemed not well taken care of. Moreover the area around the motel seemed incredibly unsafe once we got there, and we ended up not staying. I paid cash and couldn't get my money back as per their policy, which I accept the loss, but the same woman gave me a receipt showing that I did not pay even though I paid cash. She lied to me constantly, tried telling me me that the balance has been paid (even though the receipt she printed clearly showed that there was still an unpaid balance) rolled her eyes several times while I was talking with her, and was overall utterly disrespectful. I had to fight with her to print a receipt showing that I paid in cash, which she eventually did. I believe if I did not fight her on it, she would have taken the cash and also charged my card. Definitely would not recommend.
