"We checked in later but the staff was pleasant and got us into our room super quick. The next day they kept out luggage behind the desk because we could check out on time but didn’t have our car available to be able to take our luggage with us at that time. They were very accommodating! The room was clean and fit our needs."

"Good: Three sinks in the room was nice, bed was comfortable. nice to close off BR from rest of suite fireplace was nice, view from room was very nice. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast coffe and pastries were good. Location was very good. Bad: trip hazard on balcony as glue down carpet was spit and curled, covered with a throw rug, 4-5 hour electric blackout, no generator for common areas, pub or reception, only three battery lanterns on property. water shup off with power, no flushing toilet for 4-5 hours, Zero communication from staff, Riley's Pub food was thrown away. Pizza was not cooked. Bottom crust was doughy, cold. Microwave was not going to bake the crust."

"The room was comfortable; the staff very cordial and helpful; parking right outside the door for ground level rooms is a "plus"; however, the room is very outdated, needs to be refreshed and the coffee pot basket was extremely dirty, I would not use it. I did like the outside seating area, but that too needed to be cleaned up and re-landscaped. Very old, tired and messy!"
