"Beautiful resort in a secluded area with the designed facilities that naturally blend in to the environment. There is a chair lift right next to the guest rooms. Shops with cute clothing items are pretty cool too."

"The customer service was amazing and the view to the lake was beautiful! The propane forepits at night were really nice, too. The room, however, was not cleaned well and there were stains all over the carpet. The refrigerator did not work."

"The property by itself is 20min far from the lake. The picture of the lake in hotel booking pictures will confuse you, well just letting you know there is no lake or river around the hotel. It’s a totally different Ritz property that you can book separately from the hotel and stay there. They charge $800 per person and it’s only for 24hours or less to spend there. Yes I checked the map as well before I was booking and was wondering how come in the pictures I see lake in front of the hotel but on the map not. "

Also an easy drive to the majestic Sugar Pine Point, DL Bliss and Emerald Bay state parks for hiking and swimming. We loved it and look forward to a return visit."
