"Very convenient for Carlisle railway station. The room was very clean and functional, although the temperature control didn't seem to work. The rooms at the rear are the quieter ones and will be allocated if available (and requested in advance). The choice of items at breakfast was very good. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful."

The bar area relaxing for an evening drink. Room was clean comfortable and had all the extras we needed for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to access Keswick and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again if spending time in the Keswick area."
