"Nous avons eu le cottage 1. Nous avions reservé pour 5 adultes, il n'y avait que 4 couchages. Pas de gaz à la cuisinère, 3 couverts pour 5, fuite au plafond, pommeau de douches tenu par un sac plastique....et j'en passe. Personnel complètement dépassé. Je ne comprends comment ils ont encore l'autorisation ..."

"Another amazing stay at the Lakes Hotel and Spa! We were upgraded on arrival and had a room with a lovely hot tub! We were also picked up in the Bentley as we walked back to the hotel at night time- the staff really can’t do enough for you and the cocktails are amazing!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Kotel. Good location, good wifi connection. However we would have liked to have had an electric hob as with only a microwave cooking was rather limited.
