« From the beginning to the end this was the perfect place to stay. Hosts were very communicative, check in/out process was easy, and we couldn't ask for a better location! I took my teen daughters for a concert and the separate bedrooms with bathrooms made everything so much easier! Parking was perfect, having Target, Sprouts, and insomnia cookies right across the street was so convenient. The people at the front desk were wonderful. « We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. "Ne pas se fier aux photos. L’hôtel est vieillot, la propreté est approximative. Aucune femme de ménage n’est passée lors de notre séjour et le comble, le jour de notre départ on a vu une bête courir dans la chambre. Édit: attention à la caution que vous laissez, ils nous ont prélevé 40$ dans aucune raison "

"Cette chaîne d’hôtel, et normalement une très belle chaîne. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
