Located just steps from the beach access, our charming first-floor condo is a true gem. No stairs to climb here! Step inside to find a gorgeously remodeled two-bedroom unit with parking for one car. With luxury vinyl plank floors, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with ALL the appliances, you'll feel right at home.

Entertain in style in our huge living/dining room area, complete with a BIG Roku smart TV for endless streaming possibilities. And did we mention we're literally STEPS away from the beach? (Approximately 100 feet, but who's counting?!)

Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, you'll enjoy peace and tranquility without the worry of speeding cars or traffic. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be reserving your spot already! Come join us on the ground floor of our 6-unit complex, where there are no steps to climb and parking is a breeze.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with a huge Roku smart TV, comfy couches, and trendy kitchen bar seating. Plus, our trendy yet practical galley kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

Relax in the comfort of our two cozy bedrooms. The front master bedroom boasts a queen bed and a 32-inch Roku smart TV, while the back bedroom is perfect for the kids with its twin bunk bed. A large bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the picture.

After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in one of our two large enclosed showers with hot water, conveniently located outside. And speaking of the beach, it's right across the street—talk about convenience!

Topsail Island is the ultimate getaway, with endless activities to enjoy rain or shine. And if you're up for some exploring, beautiful Wilmington is just a short 40-mile drive south, offering attractions like museums, the Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium, and an array of mouthwatering restaurants. And let's not forget about Jacksonville, just 20 miles to the north, close to LeJeune's south gate.

I'm a cancer patient. I was hoping to be Be able to go to a Private. Beach home and and enjoy the view of the ocean. Is what I thought I paid 4 because. That is what I Request it I was put into a 3 story home on the bottom floor the only view I had of the ocean. Was my front front front front front pumper? Of my car. Home.

Love this place
Great location. My grandson went fishing the day we got there. You can see the Kennedy Space Center from the deck. It’s old school which we love. If you’re looking for something like the four seasons you would not like it. We would definitely recommend it. We will be back

Long weekend at the beach
The property was clean, right across the dead end street (very little traffic) from the beach access. So convenient. The living room and kitchen space were well thought. Two bedrooms worked out perfectly. It is a shared building with 6 total units. For the most part everyone was respectful. It would be helpful in the unit if there was a full length mirror and some wall hooks by the door for jackets and wall hooks in the bedrooms for storage of belongings. A better shade or thicker curtain besides a sheer for the door window on the first floor. ( we used a towel)Those are just suggestions. We had a wonderful long weekend at the beach!

Across the street from the beach
Perfect spot for a single traveler, couple or a family with small children. This is a great apartment with easy access to north topsail beach. Very quiet location on a dead end street. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner very easy to talk to. Perfect for a great getaway

Perfect for a work stay
This little apartment was perfect for a work stay and the fact I wanted to be near the beach. The walls of this apartment have been loved by some little hands and toys, but the overall apartment was clean, could use a good dusting but floors, sinks, and shower were clean. They do need to install smoke alarms as I believe this was remodeled into a unit recently from the pictures of the other apartments. Rental company was easy to communicate with and even brought me a hair dryer since I forgot mine and they apologized for one not being there. I would stay here again, it was comfortable and quite but I was the only one in staying in the units!

Perfect little get away…
The place is clean and has nice decor. The only concern was the smell. It is a bottom level unit and that is a big plus. I would recommend a blind to cover the front door window or curtain for privacy and a second mirror somewhere in the unit…

Cute vacation apartment
Close to the beach, clean and updated. Flooring in restroom buckling around shower from water damage but not bad. Also as a bottom apartment so you do hear all the footsteps above you.
