The best part of this experience was the bell service upon our arrival. We wanted to drop our things off before returning our rental car. The bell man took all of our things and stored them for us until we returned. When we finally arrived and checked in we called for them to be brought up and there was someone there within minutes. He brought all our things in and even filled our ice bucket for us. Great service! The "resort fee" is a frustrating add on (which we knew about before hand). We didn't need wifi (due to our excellent phone plan) and i only used the gym once (it was very busy) and my husband never used it. We didn't park here (I'm sure that would have been an extra free) and the pool wasn't open. So it was a pretty useless add on in my opinion. They also wanted to know if we wanted to opt out of daily housekeeping? Our room was small and there was no place to hang our towels. So we ended up taking the housekeeping. There was no corkscrew and they couldn't even loan us one, claiming not to have one. There was a keiurig in the room but no pods and nothing to put in our coffee and no fridge in the room (apparently you could ask them to bring you one for a fee, unless you required it for medical purposes) Anyway all in all in was fine but i wouldn't stay here again.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Staff seemed very nice. The room could’ve used a good sweep. It was a lot of loose hair everywhere. I also seen a bug but didn’t have enough time to take a picture to prove it because it ran off, but other than that, the room was very beautiful. I’m a luxury event decorator a.k.a. I decorate hotel rooms for birthdays, anniversaries,date nights and etc so it was a very beautiful room for pictures.

The room was very small. The whole resort needed updating. There is no accommodations for seniors on the first floor. They said they could guarantee the room size, but they could not guarantee first floor access to those with disabilities. Other than the manager who is all business and not very sympathetic to anything, the staff that I met was very nice. To me it wasn’t worth the price we paid for it.

It is basically the Motel 6 of Beverly Hills. The hotel has no amenities except for water in the lobby. The staff was not particularly helpful. It was clean and a great location. I would stay again but don't expect more than a room.
