« Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. « This place was about as nice a hotel you could ever want or ask for. Great location, close to the ballpark. Covered parking garage($15 fee unlimited in and out). Great breakfast, large clean rooms. Great rooftop area. Definitely a 10/10 »

« Poor lighting and room was freezing and engineers could not adjust. First night TV would not work and coffee ran only cold water. Ask for comforter for warmth. Was delivered very thin blanket - almost like a sheet. No amenities in bath like ear swabs. Last day escalator was broken. Hotel is in need of major renovation. Staff at front desk were wonderful and did all they could! It was a miserable two night stay! »

« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
