The only thing I was surprised that such a prestigious hotel would have a dirty pool, the water was clean but the walls look like they were rarely cleaned, the changing rooms have a code instead of using your pass card, nobody at fitness the desk so a kind lady member let my family in to the changing rooms. other than this top marks for this hotel

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Everything I needed. The shower head was a bit big for the shower but was easily navigated. The most challenging part was the lack of parking or a drop off area to unload/load bags. Overall, a very positive experience and excellent location.

Very convenient location when travelling through London and have an early departure. Friendly staff, clean rooms and restaurant offers good meals, though they are quite costly.

I really lovely small hotel. Attentive staff, lovely and quiet rooms, and a first rate bistro on the main floor. A one minute walk to the river in a three minute walk to Henley Bridge, it’s a wonderful location. Highly recommended. There are currently some renovations underway, but they should be completed by mid May.

Clean, modern and large rooms. Good standalone shower (no bathtub). Excellent cooked breakfast. Relaxing, attractive and large lobby and bar areas with many games that would be fun for groups and families (darts, fancy pool table. Pinball machine etc.)
