"Everything about this house was delightful!!! Adorable place, decorated to the nines. All the amenities you could need - although we didn’t cook. I could have had fun! Towels were soft, beds were great. Easy to get in/checkout! So glad we got to stay with my family there! Will be back! "

"We came into town for a soccer tournament and the red door footage was very convenient. The house is lovely and in a nice location to walk about. Whatever you fancy you will find you are not to far from. The outlander coffee is then a 10 minute walk and makes a nice latte ."

"The location was perfect. Close to all the restaurants and shops at Overton Square. I slept like a baby every night in the comfortable bed. Washer and Dryer were a huge plus. Plenty of room to spread out and a great kitchen. Owner was super fast with communication. It was a great retreat and getaway. "

We were in Memphis for a funeral and needed a peaceful, comfortable place where we could grieve, reconnect, and spend meaningful time together as a family. The house provided exactly that.The bedrooms were a true highlight of our stay — incredibly spacious, with luxury linens and wonderfully comfortable, “lights-out” mattresses. Getting good rest made such a difference during an emotional visit, and the sleeping spaces felt calm, quiet, and restorative.The home was beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared. It felt warm, welcoming, and safe — a place where we could exhale after long days. My brother and his wife stayed with us as well, and they were equally impressed by how lovely the home was.The location felt secure and convenient, communication with the host was clear and responsive, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. "I enjoyed staying at this property extremely! It was clean comfortable and relaxing I had stayed for Christmas and it was close to my family great geataway for some peace as we all know the holidays are exciting but overwhelming. The owners were very nice and communicated extremely well. The only thing i didnt care for was the steps they were very narrow. But other than that that it was perfect! If you want to stay in a good location with peace this is definitely a good spot! I am an extremely picky person and give it a 10 out of 10! Next time I go to Memphis this is my pick! "

"Morgan made our Christmas trip so enjoyable. We were SO glad we did this amazing mod/retro/boutique vibes as opposed to a cookie cutter hotel. The furniture is cozy, the bed is awesome! The bathroom has heated floors! It’s a short walk to Central bbq, friendly coffee shop Otherlands - you’re a hop, skip and jump to Overton Park and the zoo! Keyless entry everywhere makes it SO convenient! We felt really safe and parking is close to the building. The TVs are super large so it was fun watching the playoffs. Her dishes and water glasses are adorable. She has the kitchen fully stocked w anything you could need. We loved the stacked washer and dryer! And of course everything was clean cozy! We loved the gorgeous tree! Thanks Morgan!!! Communication was top notch!"

"We went to the Memphis Tigers football game and was able to walk to the game due to the excellent location of the house. We ate dinner at Central BBQ and it was right around the corner from the house. We met my son at Staks Pancake and it was only about 15 minutes from our rental. Excellent all around location."
