"Overnight staff was rude and unwelcoming when we arrived late. I called prior to our late arrival and still was met with attitude and poor service."

"Good for a short stay for singles or a couple with pets. Bedding and sofa could use more frequent cleaning due to dog smell. Bed is small and a little too firm for my liking. Pillows and mattress pad need cleaned or replaced. Host was great. Would stay here again if items above were addressed."

"We chose this property for our trip to Memphis to celebrate our youngest son’s graduation from Rhodes. Our other two adult kids and their families travelled in to join us as well. The house was perfect for our needs - very open and spacious, with roomy living areas and a large kitchen. The bedrooms had ample space as well. The pool table in the den was a huge hit with our family - they spent countless hours trying to one-up each other (as did I!). We also brought our BBD (“big brown dog” Shadow), since the property is very pet-friendly. Just remember that the owners need to be notified in advance, and there is a small additional charge for it. The backyard was a huge hit as well - we cooked out for our graduation dinner (although remember to bring your propane). We picked up some firewood at the local Home Depot and had several fires in their Solo stove, including a round of smores. The hot tub was large enough for everyone, and nice and clean. We also put the yard games, including Jenga, Connect-4 and corn-hole to good use. The back yard was so popular that even the mosquitos loved it - but nothing that some Off couldn’t handle. Check in was very easy and the neighborhood is clean and felt safe. There’s plenty of parking, although the driveway is a bit narrow so be cautious with those larger vehicles."

"Nice spacious modern apartment ideally located with nearby shops and easy drive to attractions. Could use a thorough cleaning/dusting and disposable goods (paper towels, etc) were not enough for a week stay. If a light sleeper, would recommend ear plugs as you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking overnight or on occasion revving cars."
