"Breakfast menu limited. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however staff very good when asked them for hot water late at night to make a drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top bar good with excellent views however, only one bar person on so service could be very slow at times and support needed for bar person. Rooms very spacious and hotel in good location "

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home! The host was very accommodating and made the entire process smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which was important to us.We especially appreciated the designated parking. It made things so convenient. The midtown Memphis theme was a highlight and exactly what we were looking for, adding a lot of charm and character to our stay.Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"The place itself is very clean, but the neighborhood is a lil sketchy. One of the two bedlamps constantly flickered, so we just kept it off during our stay, and the shower is a bit cramped but the water temp and pressure are great. Main complaint is the driveway entrance — it's very small, so if you're claustrophobic or can't handle driving thru small spaces, your best bet is to park in the lot next door."

"Property had lots of potential but the photos are not of the property that I was put into, which was kind of scary and upsetting at check in. The photos were of a completely different unit and bed sizes listed were not correct (not 2 king beds in our unit), and there were lots of issues with the cleanliness of the unit and lack of communication. With a deep clean, new photos, and better communication from the host, the property would be fine. We had no check in or check out instructions and it took a while to get the wifi info. When we checked out we cleaned as we would for most properties but had no info on where to put trash, dirty towels, sheets, etc. Hopefully the owners will update the info for any future renters as the property location and setup are good for Memphis."

"The cottage was in an excellent location, clean and well appointed. We were aware we shared parking areas with the tenant on location but unaware we shared laundry facilities until I asked the day before weleft. The laundry facility was in use by the tenant most of the weekend. I just think the description could be more precise in that regard."

"The house was very clean and the festive decorations added such a charming, personal touch to our stay. We were there for a girl's trip and loved the vibrant atmosphere of the house. The attractions we went to were all within a short lyft ride away. Plus, Bri was an all-star host—incredibly quick to reply and always helpful! "
