I made a reservation through Hotel.com. I was already booked and staying at another hotel from July.1st-3rd. We wanted to stay another night in Kelowna so tried to book 3rd-4th. I admit I made an error in selecting the wrong day of 2nd-3rd instead of 3rd-4th. I contacted Hotel.com RIGHT AWAY due to the no cancelation policy. Hotel.com contact Ramanda but they stated no refund. Hotel.com tried again a few days later after I was considered a no show and Ramada still said no refund. Hotel.com was able to see reason and a honest mistake on my part as I do all my booki gs through them and gave me the refund. They agreed it was the right thing do to. Shame on Ramada greediness! I will never stay at a Ramada location again In the future.
