"The cabin was very clean and comfortable! There were a few carpenter ants we had to deal with, but it is the season for them to start waking up. We enjoyed some horseback riding at Stoney Lake Stables and dipped our toes in Lake Michigan. I highly recommend watching a sunset on the beach of the Lake! Overall, the stay was great!"

"This is a unique little place, wasn’t exactly what was expected upon first impression. Very rustic place. There was no coffee. Keyless entry, with no additional lock in inside of door. Bed was comfortable. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay."

I would have rated it higher, but we could not get the electronic door lock to work from the outside. I contacted the management company for help, but they did not help. So, we packed everything back in our car when we left for dinner because we didn't want to leave it all in the unlocked room while we were gone. "Cute little hotel in the middle of town. This is an old hotel that has been tastefully refreshed. Room was small but clean with a brand new bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I could park right outside my room. I received a code within two hours of my check-in and the lock system worked well. What could improve the hotel is a bolt lock or some kind of additional lock on the inside to help me feel more secure at night."

"Absolutely fantastic from the minute you open the door til the time you hate to leave ! I wanted to leave 10 stars…but was blocked to only give 4 …seriously hosts and place was 5 and above! This site needs to fix! I will definitely be back bringing others"
